Data collected

The App does not send any user data to developer-operated servers.

Your workout plans, results, nutrition/water logs, agenda entries, and settings are stored only locally on your device(s) (phone and/or watch).

Location

The App may request location permission to recommend the best running time and to track your running route.

Location data is processed on-device and sent anonymously to the Open-Meteo weather service to fetch a forecast; this request is not associated with any user account.

Health data

Workout metrics such as heart rate, distance, steps, and cadence may be read via Health Services / Health Connect.

This data is stored only on-device and is not written to Health Connect unless you explicitly enable that.

Third-party sharing

The App shows no ads, contains no analytics/tracking SDKs, and does not share or sell user data to any third party.

Account

The App does not require you to create a user account.

Data deletion

Uninstalling the App deletes all local data.

You can also manually delete plans/records from within the App's settings.
